Friends, the shacket is finished and you can see me model it here.
This is one of the most versatile garments in my wardrobe and I've already worn it around town -- it's warm and comfy and goes with just about everything.
My shirt jacket is really just a loose-fitting wool shirt (though it can be trim-fitting too) that can be worn a number of different ways. Since it's relatively lightweight, it can be layered under a coat, but it's roomy enough to be worn over a sweater or turtleneck shirt. Can you tell I've become a shacket fan? I may whip one up for Michael too!
